Guaranteed Hours
We offer permanent contracts with options for:
- 40 hours over 2 weeks
- 60 hours over 2 weeks
- Full-time 40 hours per week
You’ll know exactly what hours you’re working — no guessing, no stress.
Enhanced Pay Rates
We believe your qualifications and experience should be recognised. That’s why we offer enhanced pay rates based on:
- The number of QQI Level 5 modules completed
- Your years of experience
You’ll always know what you’re earning — and how you can earn more.
Flexible Schedules That Suit Your Life
Choose the schedule that works for you:
- Morning shifts (e.g., 8am–12pm)
- Evening shifts (e.g., 4pm–9pm)
- Weekday options
We work around your availability — and you’ll always know your schedule in advance.
Paid Training & Career Progression
- 10 hours of paid training before you start
- Ongoing support to complete QQI modules if needed
- Opportunities to grow into senior roles like Team Leader or Care Co-Ordinator
Paid Travel Time & Mileage
You’ll be paid for your travel time between clients, and receive mileage reimbursement. We know you’re using your own car to deliver care — and we believe you should be supported.
